Paul is a transformational business leader with 30 years of experience working with Manufacturing, Pharmaceutical, and CPG clients. He builds highly collaborative client relationships by utilizing open and transparent communication to understand client needs and offers insightful and impactful feedback to achieve meaningful progress aligned with client goals in a short period of time.

At his previous employer, Softtek, Paul was hired to bring his expertise and proven best practices in US Market Sales and Business Development. He worked collaboratively with leadership in developing and executing a go-to-market strategy for North America, including marketing strategy and execution, primarily for Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) and pharmaceutical industries. Here he forged a 36-month agreement that put an 80+ person team in place with Fortune 500 CPG company to complete a product-centric transformation of the company’s Sales, Marketing, RGM and Platform capability areas. At other previous employers, he has delivered strategic and innovative solutions such as:

  • Improving brand loyalty using his thorough consultative approach that strengthened business relationships, established trust, and refined the sales approach to fit customer needs.
  • Developing strategic and comprehensive solutions based upon customer needs to attract and land new business and rapidly grew market share.
  • Training sales teams with his consultative strategies to overcome clients’ tough organizational limitations and restrictions focusing on clients’ needs and objectives.

At TBM Paul will work collaboratively with TBM consultants and clients to develop a plan that will address and resolve their operational, supply chain and human capital challenges. 

Paul received a Master of Arts from Ohio State University and a second MA from Xavier University and his Bachelor of Arts from Miami University. He lives in Ohio and enjoys woodworking and international travel.
