Overview
Is your company innovative, agile and positioned for growth in a fiercely complex, global economy? Are the improvements in your operational excellence program aligned to clearly deliver meaningful, measurable value? Do they advance the company’s strategic vision? If you are tempted to answer “no” to any of these questions, you are not alone.
This 1.5 day executive roundtable is designed for executives who wish to experience first-hand how manufacturers are leveraging lean as a
strategic weapon for growth.
The Challenge: Out-Performing the Competition
Recent studies reveal that CEOs identify three key success drivers: operational excellence, extending business to new customers and markets, and creating business models capable of delivering growth. Similar research also indicates that executives are concerned about obstacles such as risk-averse cultures, lengthy product development times and inadequate measurement systems.
While more than 70 percent of manufacturers have implemented a continuous improvement (CI) program, over 40 percent of executives say their CI initiatives are failing to achieve operational and strategic objectives. By ensuring their CI programs are meticulously and rapidly executed, TBM has helped companies realize sustainable top-line growth and higher profitability.
