John Lewis has extensive experience maximizing profit through cost reduction and streamlining operations, particularly in turn-around and startup leadership roles.

John Lewis is a senior executive with over twenty-five years of experience bringing innovative solutions to unstructured problems. Throughout his career, John has provided superior leadership, team building project management and excellent communications. He has a proven track record in maximizing profit through cost reduction and streamlining operations with deep experience in turn around and startup leadership roles. He spent the first half of his career at AlliedSignal taking on progressively responsible roles in engineering, cell design, cell management, and re-manufacturing. 

Most recently, John has worked with field service operations including public utilities, field aerospace, gas pipelines and equipment repair to maximize efficiency in the field, improve job site productivity, optimize the dispatch and scheduling process, and to standardize vehicle organization for improved tool availability and increased productivity. John developed business processes to support field work and implemented management systems to drive improved daily management. 

Prior to joining TBM, John served as the CEO of Lewis Aerospace, an established provider of manufacturing, repair and overhaul to clients like Honeywell and Boeing operating machining centers, turning centers, Swiss screw machines, tool & die departments and a fully equipped inspection department. 

He has led startups in both lean manufacturing and Six Sigma teams, managed multiple product lines, directed cross-functional design team charters, and created operating structure with a bias for action and a history of delivering results.

John has a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering from Oklahoma State University in Stillwater, Oklahoma. He has served as President of the Arizona Tooling and Machining Association and as an executive board member of the National Tooling and Machining Association.
