TBM co-presented a case study on service shop performance improvement at NADITA 2022
TBM Consulting Group was recently invited to participate in the 2022 NADITA conference in Las Vegas—an event dedicated to Caterpillar dealers. We had the opportunity to share our experience demonstrating how some dealers are using operational excellence in support of their mission to profitably double services by 2026.
