Six weeks total (two classroom training sessions and a sigma kaizen event at a participant’s site, interspersed with four weeks of time at your site to complete your own projects). Students work on projects selected with the guidance of TBM instructors – and our instructors mentor students online and by phone as they progress through training.
Certification is provided upon successful completion of two projects, proficiency in applying each tool and sustained savings of $150k+.
