Advanced training to drive high-impact improvement
The course encompasses a total of 15 weeks to include 3 weeks of classroom training at the Durham, NC office and 2 weeks will be held at a plant site combining intensive learning and real-world applications. During these two weeks the class participates in a Sigma Kaizen event to learn how to apply what they learned in the classroom to an actual project to experience a rapid application of the analytical improvement tools. There are 2 to 3 weeks between the training weeks for students to implement what they learned at their facility through kaizen.
“A ‘turbocharged’ Black Belt program – with more tools to achieve maximum improvement and quality levels in a fraction of the time.”
The Sigma Kaizen event combines intensive learning and real-world applications, during which you will experience, hands-on, the rapid application of the analytical improvement tools you have learned.
TBM LeanSigma instructors mentor candidates online and by phone as they progress through training. Certification is provided upon successful completion of two projects and the classroom training.
