Overview
A five-day workshop, taught on the shop floor of a leading Lean company, providing critical supervisor training that will enable front-line supervisors, production managers, support group managers and their production teams to effectively implement and sustain daily continuous improvement. In addition to training in the use of tools for visual management, waste elimination and daily improvement, the workshop includes significant interaction with senior management for the purpose of developing action plans. At the end of the workshop, participants will be able to:

- Visually track and sustain SQDC metrics to meet or exceed daily production targets
