Cancellations must be received in writing. Cancellations received within six to ten business days of the event will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations received within five business days of the event will be subject to a 100% cancellation fee. Transfers to other seminar dates will be accommodated up to one week prior to the event date. Substitutions are permitted at any time.
