Schedule

TBM runs multiple tracks of Lean Certification Training throughout the year in order to meet the needs of different industry segments including: discrete manufacturing, machine-shop manufacturing, process industries, and business process for companies with a transactional focus. Class dates for each track are listed below. Candidates will have other projects and mentoring activity at their own facilities on selected dates in between scheduled classes.

Students may have the opportunity to shadow a consultant to help strengthen skills most relevant for the individual. This is a customized element and is included in the cost of training. Shadow opportunities are identified at the discretion of the lean certification program director.

Pricing

  • $11,000 per student plus a $1,500 materials usage fee for students whose organizations are not licensees of TBM training materials.
  • Class size: Maximum of 12
  • Students must be willing to travel and need a laptop computer, Internet access and Microsoft applications including Visio, PowerPoint and Excel.

Note: TBM clients who have completed portions of the curriculum may qualify for learning credits at the discretion of the program director.
