The TBM Lean Sigma Institute hosts seminars and experiential learning opportunities periodically throughout the year to provide an intimate, interactive, discussion-based learning opportunity for managers and executives who wish to better understand how they can have a positive impact on their lean transformational efforts. Unlike classroom based workshops, our seminars provide our speakers with a venue to provide insight, anecdotal examples, benchmarking perspectives, discussion and inspiration for those who must lead culture change and deliver growth and bottom line performance to company stakeholders.

We offer a series lean seminars and experiential learning opportunities are designed for lean practitioners and mid-level managers and another series for executives and senior-level managers.
