Skill Mastery
- Four, one-week training sessions consisting of three weeks of
classroom training and a one-week Sigma
Kaizen event at a plant site. The Sigma Kaizen event combines intensive
learning with hands-on application of your learned concepts and tools
to an actual project. It also allows you to experience the rapid
application of your new analytical improvement tools
- There are three to four weeks between the training weeks, during
which you will use LeanSigma skills to complete your projects. Projects
will be selected with the guidance of one of our Master Black Belt
instructors who will mentor you online and by phone as you progress
through training.
- Certification is provided upon successful completion of the
classroom training and two projects, demonstrating proficiency in
applying Black Belt tools.

LeanSigma Green Belt certification is not a prerequisite for getting your LeanSigma Black Belt certification.
Terms and Conditions
You will be invoiced for event fees which are due in full prior to the start of the full curriculum.
Requirements
All participants are required to have a licensed copy of Minitab 15
and a laptop computer for use during the training sessions. Please
contact us for information on quantity discounts for Minitab licenses.
Cancellations
Any cancellation must be received in writing. Cancellations received
within 15-21 business days of the event will be subject to a 50%
cancellation fee. Cancellations received within 0-14 business days of
the event will be subject to a 100% cancellation fee.

If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with this workshop, we will refund 100% of your fee.
