Critical kaizen week day one instructor training, for shop floor materials, that will set the foundation for dramatic improvement and successful culture change at the start of each kaizen event.

If you are not a TBM client with a signed material license agreement, an additional $500 fee will be required along with the signing of a materials license agreement.

A minimum of four recent kaizen events is required.  If you are not a TBM client, a phone interview will be required to determine your level of lean experience before you can register for this class.

Terms and Conditions

You will be invoiced for event fees which are due in full prior to the start of the course week.

Cancellation Policy

Any cancellation must be received in writing. Cancellations received within 15-21 business days of the event will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations received within 0-14 business days of the event will be subject to a 100% cancellation fee.

Unconditional Guarantee

If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with this workshop, we will refund 100% of your fee.
