Every year, the LeanSigma Institute hosts the LeanSigma Global Summit, designed to encourage benchmarking, networking and sharing of experiential learning. Our conference includes a combination of case presentations, panel discussions, keynote speakers and intimate, roundtable working sessions to develop solutions for today’s current issues.

The 2012 date for the conference has been set for September 19-20, 2012.  The site for the conference has not yet been set.

The Summit, hosted by TBM, offers valuable content for organizations looking to build the foundational framework of a lean operating system that delivers value creation for shareholders and stakeholders alike. With tracks for innovation and growth, leadership and culture, advanced lean and six sigma tool applications, and supply chain management, the LeanSigma Global Summit provides senior leaders, operations management, functional leaders, and continuous improvement teams with critical strategies and insight for leading and managing in a continuous improvement environment.
