Every year, Anand Sharma, TBM founder and CEO, personally facilitates CEO Boot Camp, a unique opportunity for executives to interact closely, one-on-one with other executives who aggressively leverage operational excellence as a tool for market dominance. At our next boot camp, we will tour three companies who aggressively leverage operational excellence as a tool for value creation and competitive advantage. Each organization has a unique story to tell.
During boot camp you will tour each facility and meet directly with the executive leadership to discuss how they are successfully implementing and achieving their strategic objectives. This is a unique opportunity to immerse yourself for a brief period of time and see what they have accomplished, understand how they’ve overcome hurdles, and learn first-hand how they achieved lasting culture change.
