5S, originally developed by Toyota, is a process and method for creating and maintaining an organized, clean, high-performance workplace. It is also an important conditioning discipline for Kaizen Breakthrough. 5S is critical to effective waste elimination and is part of every TBM LeanSigma® Transformation assignment.
