TBM began working with Hubbell (#762 in the Fortune 1000) in 2001, with the launch of their Lean transformation, spearheaded by Chairman and CEO Tim Powers. At the time, Hubbell was a strong, successful company, but their key numbers were moving in the wrong direction. By 2003, that trend had been dramatically reversed.
