The average TBM consultant has at least 20 years of senior operations management experience and has personally led change initiatives that resulted in dramatic improvements in customer service, order fulfillment, operating costs, innovation, revenue growth and profitability.

You will spend the majority of your time at client sites listening, training and coaching employees at all levels. You will help our clients make breakthrough improvements in quality, costs, delivery, safety and other areas that have a direct impact on the financial performance of their businesses. We are currently hiring for the position of Management Consultant. This position requires a minimum of three to five years of experience working in a large consulting firm or in companies who have implemented a lean business system. Candidates must be willing to travel 15-20 days per month.
